A Yahoo Group, entitled the 'Wakefield Bulletin Board', has been started to help
improve communication within our community. A Yahoo Group is a free mail sorter
service. It provides a quick and easy way for group members to communicate with

"Community Jam!" - still on Thursday nights
in the Congregational Church Fellowship Hall

Appalachian, New England and other sources!
The sessions are beginner friendly. We hope
that Seth will return to lead us in the

The second annual Independence Day
Celebration. There will be games, karaoke,
music, a petting zoo and lots of food!! Not
to mention fireworks at dark. Parking is at
a premium so please try to carpool. There is
no admission fee but donations will be
accepted. The festivities begin at 5:00pm at
Turntable Park.

Sanbornville Fireman's Association Monthly Dinner
The Community is welcome to attend the Fireman's
Suppers that are sponsored by the Sanbornville
Fireman's Association. They hold a
fund-raising dinner to benefit the Wakefield Fire
and Rescue Department. The Fireman's Suppers
dinner is held the Third Saturday every month from
5-7:00 p.m. at the
Wakefield Public Safety Building (please use back
entrance). Adults are $7 and children 12 and
